Nathan Dooley

Facilities Coordinator

Meet Nathan

My name is Nathan. I was born in Missouri—the Show Me State—but grew up in the small town of Iowa Park, Texas. By God’s providence, I moved to Dallas in 2012, and just two years later, the Lord blessed me with my wife, Laura.

Since 2016, Watermark has been our church home. In 2024, God surprised us again by opening the door for me to join the staff—a story of His grace I will always cherish.

Today, I serve as a Facilities Coordinator. On the surface, that means managing spaces and structures, but I see it as something greater: preparing environments where people can hear the gospel, experience Christ’s love, and walk in community. Even the ordinary work of stewarding buildings matters because it supports the eternal work of God’s kingdom.

I love learning people’s stories of grace—not just to build relationships, but because the Spirit equips us through one another to accomplish God’s will. If you’d like, I would be honored to hear your story too—perhaps even over a cup of coffee sometime.

Beyond my role, I enjoy learning, writing, and what I call “salvational engineering”—exploring how the truths of psychology and the gospel intersect in the redeeming work of Christ. I also love tackling complex problems, whether in facilities or in the heart, always seeking Christ-centered solutions.

Because Christ has loved me, I love you—even if we’ve never met. I’m grateful we share this journey toward eternity together in Him.
