Watermark CDC is looking for someone who has a deep love for Jesus and the local church to serve as the Community Financial Advocate. This individual will provide liaison expertise in assessing, meeting, and serving South Dallas neighbors’ financial services needs through Watermark CDC and local bank partners. The Community Financial Advocate will connect neighbors, church members, and business owners to financial services and products that promote financial empowerment, coordinate educational opportunities related to banking and lending, and build trusted relationships throughout the community. As the Community Financial Advocate, you will collaborate closely with the Executive Director, Bank Leadership Committee, local bank partners, and community leaders to implement financial services strategy, deepen community relationships, and help connect neighbors with resources that improve economic welfare. This role is responsible for overseeing development and implementation of the Re|engage ministry. This includes providing vision, leadership, and pastoral oversight for to the ministry while helping couples experience Christ-centered marriages. The ideal candidate has a passion for investing in people, recruiting and developing leaders, and creating environments where couples can encounter the hope of Christ. The Students Team is seeking a Students Events Assistant who is passionate about supporting the mission of Watermark Community Church by helping plan and execute impactful events, retreats, and trips for middle school, high school, and college students. This role provides administrative leadership for a wide range of student ministry events, oversees registrations, payments, communications, waivers, and logistical details, and helps coordinate venues, transportation, and vendor relationships. The Students Events Assistant partners closely with Students Directors to manage event operations, maintain organizational systems, support leader training initiatives, and ensure a welcoming experience for students and families. The Production Team is looking for an organized individual who is proficient in production and video systems to serve on staff as the Video and Content Production Coordinator. The person in this role is responsible for providing video systems support for primary ministry events, working alongside the Auditorium Team and the Engineering/Projects Team. Responsibilities include auditorium video systems maintenance, volunteer coordination, live video content execution for primary ministry events, and assisting with production and video systems projects as assigned by the Video Production Director. This role takes ownership of all content displayed on auditorium screens. From receiving and loading designer assets to collaborating with the creative/communications team and building ProPresenter files to support any speaker or event.
