Meet Lauren

I first heard the gospel through a ministry called YoungLife and accepted Jesus as my Savior when I was 16. However, it wasn’t until my sophomore year of college when a friend challenged and encouraged me to start reading my Bible, praying, and attending church that I began to learn about God’s character and my identity in Him, experiencing peace and joy as the Lord transformed my heart. I saw true growth in my walk with the Lord when I began attending Watermark in 2010. I was poured into through community and various ministries and was encouraged to serve and lead. It’s been a real privilege watching others grow in their understanding of God’s love for them and experience the abundant life that He has promised us!

My favorite thing to do is spend time with my husband, Anthony, and our sons, Langston and Cameron. I love being outside and hiking in Colorado is one of my favorite activities. I love music and will travel great distances to see my favorite artists live in concert. I listen to podcasts at 2x speed, I’m pretty much always down for an adventure, and I am probably Googling everything you say!
