Meet Abby

Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, I accepted Christ with childlike faith at 6 years old. The Lord continually grew my love and knowledge of him through middle and high school, but through ups and downs I felt numb, as though I were going through the motions. In 2019, I had the wonderful opportunity to attend Liberty University in Virginia where I pursued God through art and experienced His life changing love through my trials. Between campus bible studies and my housemates, I learned what dedicated and active faith looks like. Over the past year, I have been working through mental health issues that left me longing for God to intervene. Though I didn’t feel it every day, I experienced the Lord transforming my heart and mind in ways I had never felt before.

Fast forward to 2023, I graduated and after many months of prayer, God opened the doors for me to come on staff here at Watermark. As a graphic designer, I am learning how to use my gifts for His glory and communicating/reflecting the gospel through effective and beautiful design. I am forever grateful for his never-ending providence, unfailing love, and pursuit. Romans 8:37-39
