Meet Erica

I was born and raised in Cookeville, TN. I grew up in a home where we prayed often, attended church consistently, and where God’s love was both present and welcome. I publicly gave my life to the Lord in high school, and through youth group and college ministries, I was able to travel the world and develop a deeper love for the power of the gospel.

From competitive gymnastics at a young age to playing volleyball in college, athletics was a big part of my life—and the Lord used it to reveal more of His goodness to me. I moved to Cleveland, TN for college, and it was there that I experienced the love of God through His people.

After many different opportunities and life changes, I had the chance to attend the Watermark Institute. I moved to Dallas in 2024 for the Institute, joined staff in June of 2025, and the Lord is continuing to write my story as I faithfully serve in His church.
