Michel Clements

Meet Michel

I'm a native of Mesquite, Texas, where I grew up attending a small Baptist church. It was in that church's Awana program that I first got introduced to the gospel and became a believer. My wife, Alli, and I started dating in high school and got married in July 2013, the same year we graduated from Texas A&M. Feeling a call to ministry during my college years, I served as a Worship Pastor for nearly a decade. Alongside this, I also held a position as an Art Director at a design agency, creating for churches, non-profits, and businesses.

In 2021, Alli and I attended re|engage seeking healing and growth in our marriage, while I also attended Re:generation. This period was transformative, sparking a passion in me for marriage and recovery ministry. Today, I'm honored to serve the Watermark Resources team, helping launch ministries and serve church leaders nationwide.

In my spare time, I love visiting National Parks, watching F1 races, and rooting for our local Dallas sports teams.
