Meet Jesus

I was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. However, we spent much of my weekends in our sister city Juarez, Mexico. Growing up, my parents were (and still are) missionaries in Mexico, and I got to see and experience firsthand serving the local community there. Because of this, I love Mexican culture and, of course, Mexican food!

While I was raised in the church, I never had a rich or meaningful relationship with Christ. I didn’t know what it looked like or what it meant to live for Christ. A Porch Live location in El Paso started, and it was there where I began to understand what it looked like to live truly transformed because of Christ.

I left my job teaching Spanish at a private school and moved to Dallas. I joined the Watermark Institute and experienced one of the hardest but sweetest seasons of my life. After finishing the Watermark Institute, I jumped in full-time to serve behind the scenes as part of the Watermark Facilities staff team.

I am passionate about serving others and sharing my hope in Christ. The only reason I can show others love is that He showed me His love first. (1 John 4:19)

You can find me doing outdoorsy stuff like hiking, chilling with my friends, and eating in my spare time.
