I grew up in small town in Northern Virginia in a Christian household raised by my incredible parents, with my 5 crazy siblings! Growing up in the church, I’m thankful to have always had a fondest towards Jesus and decided to put my trust in Him at a young age. However, as I got older, I was met with various challenges in high school that led me to suppress life’s struggles and hidden sin and live out of a place of pride, self-sufficiency, and self-righteousness. Carrying all of this into college, the Lord was so kind to rid me of my constant striving for perfection, and I found myself beginning to understand what it truly looked like to live in the fullness of the gospel. Throughout my time at Texas Tech (Wreck ‘Em!!) the Lord took a hold of my broken heart and helped me have a better grasp of His abounding love and sufficient grace towards me leaving me so in awe of who He is. As He has, and continues to refine me, my greatest joy and desire is simply to know Christ and make Him known and to see those around me do the same. He is just so good!
As a recently new Dallas resident, in my free time, I love to do all things outdoors and spending time outside or cooking and baking in the kitchen with friends! You can also find me trying out a new coffee shop or going on walks and runs with my golden retriever, Winnie!
