Meet Lauren
I was born and raised a little outside of Dallas, in Mansfield, TX. I grew up hearing the gospel and accepted Christ at the age of 7. However, I didn’t know what it looked like to have a personal relationship with the Lord until I was in high school. I went to college at Texas A&M University (Whoop!) where I studied Communication and minored in Business. During my time at A&M, I learned what it meant to whole-heartedly pursue Jesus and devote your entire life to Him! Just a few weeks after graduating from A&M in December of 2022, I married my high school sweetheart, Michael.
After college, I worked as an Engineering Recruiter before transitioning onto staff here at Watermark. I will never get over the Lord’s faithfulness and provision during the transition season of switching jobs! It is one of my greatest honors to get to serve this church. In my spare time, you can find me playing pickleball or Mario Kart, daydreaming about a vacation to New York City, spending time outside, eating Chipotle, or drinking Diet Coke!
