Meet Grant
I grew up in the most suburban suburbia imaginable – Mansfield, Texas. My parents raised my brother and me to love the Lord. Yet, though I believed God existed, my childhood and adolescence were marked by long seasons of apathy, confusion, and sin. Still, God was patient with me. Slowly (and, most notably during my time at Baylor University and Pine Cove), he opened my eyes to the vast implications of the gospel. Sin and shame were not the end of the story.
In the fall of 2019, I arrived at Watermark to go through the Institute. Since then, I’ve served in various capacities throughout our staff, including overseeing care ministries and helping people find and form new Community Groups. Now, I have the distinct privilege of serving as our College Director, helping 18-22 year olds follow Jesus together.
God graciously gave me the joy of marrying Lois Wilkie, who also serves on Watermark’s staff. Lois kindly shares my time and attention with good books, good coffee, and the Green Bay Packers.
