Meet MaddiGrace

I was born and raised outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where I grew up in a faithful Christian family. I knew as a kid that I wanted to walk with God, and as I grew, I had to learn what it meant to abide in Him and shed my daily performance to be seen as the most mature, the best friend, or the most diligent student-athlete.

As early as middle school, I knew I wanted to give my life to international missions, that unreached people might know Jesus and tell others about Him. In 2016, I lived in Cambodia with a missionary family and attended an international school, where God refined my passion and grew my humility. Through leadership positions in ministry and athletic contexts throughout high school and college, God kindly developed my understanding of discipleship, leadership, ministry, and the Great Commission.

In 2020, my (now) husband, Nate, moved from Pennsylvania to Dallas, Texas, to participate in the Watermark Institute, and then joined Watermark’s staff. In 2022, we got married and I also moved to Dallas, completed the Institute, and joined Watermark’s staff. It is a gift to serve with this team!

When I’m not traveling as part of Watermark’s global efforts, you’ll find me making a pour over coffee, trying new restaurants with Nate, hanging at a friend’s house, or trying to be a disciplined runner.
