The Church Leaders Conference (CLC) is a gathering of pastors, staff, and ministry volunteers from over 400 churches across 39 states and 12 countries. Our hope is that weary or discouraged church leaders leave refreshed, encouraged, and better equipped to faithfully serve those they shepherd back home. For Watermark members, CLC is one of the best ways we can live out our marker of A Unifying Church. It’s a chance to serve and strengthen leaders from churches around the world—ministering to them so they can minister to others. There are opportunities to serve in a variety of roles based on your availability and gifts. And as an added perk, those who serve at CLC can also join the main sessions and breakouts throughout the week.
